Bill, I know you wouldn't forget this, but for the sake of those people relatively new to shorting, I thought I'd mention:

If a short seller has a position in a stock that pays dividends, and he holds the stock short when it goes ex-div., his broker will debit his account for the dividend, in order to pay it to the account that supplied him with the stock.

I mention this now because Kodak pays a nice dividend, 2.7%
