WHEN WOULD BE A GOOD TIME TO BUY DELL? AT WHAT PRICE RANGE IF ANY?I'm a novice at this but have decided to dabble a little and am wondering if you think this might be a good time to buy some DELL? If not now, is there any "bottom" price at which you think it might be good to buy? My naive view is that it has gone down in the last few days so much that in the long (or maybe not that long?) run there is no where else to go but up? Any advice for a novice?
