Hey Trader...I got that beat. I was told buy the CEO of a company that they would report profits for the first time on the 10Q to be released in two days. He said this on a conference call with hundreds of brokers and promoters. Then they were a week late in releasing the 10Q...and why??? Because they ended up reporting the biggest loss ever! And included was the details on multiple lawsuits from different State public utility commissions against this company. Now tell me that the CEO didn't know what he was doing. To date...and after many complaints to the SEC...nada...zilcho...nothing's been done. In fact, he's been on the golf course in Florida basking in the sun...in between tornados of course.

If they are willing to put it in writing, that is a definite start. Joe PTG&LI !!! also recordings of conversations could not hurt. I have never done that but if u do, let them know that it is occurring !!
