Hi Wiley,

I agree with you on the p/e valuation, but I feel that it may be justified in regards to their revenues, and upcoming earnings, in this market.
I don't know if it has anything to do with the split coming in May, on the 3 for 1 basis. The calls' price rises well when there's buying fever. If you have an opinion on it as being tradeable or not, let me know.
I'll also be watching MRK.

how do you calculate theoretical value for an option? What are the parameters you need and where do you get those pieces of information? Thanks
