I'm sure that because RIBI is in Hamilton Montana, biotech hot spot of the frozen north that they must be pretty independent sorts who wouldn't hire them 'spensive consultants, but use the local folks. Also, if I lived in Montana, I'd probably take the winter off because it was so cold and the summer off because the winter is so cold. Of course the burn rate is low, you don't have to pay salaries like in the hot spots....of course hot talent is hard to find too, so they probably do things the hard and slow way. Rman
