Greg...Pre-split 90 (45 now)?.....I have a hard time believing it will fall that far....If it does it will be back to 65 after they prove to the world they competed, gained market share, and increased their profits....actually, I see 80-90 in May more likely.........George

Go to SI chart on Dell. Big gap between 56+ and 60+. It's heading that way and I think you're right on the money about it "breaking below 59". But, I hope it doesn't.

Agree, DELL short term momentum has been damaged by the continued negative news from PC price war. The box makers might go side way for several months.

If DELL breaks below 59 or so, in the next few days... and fails to go back into the 60s... we could blow through the 50s. I see middle 50s as support...

Greg, you could well be right, and this will be the buying
opportunity for this year.
Dell opened a 6-point gap-up on Feb. 19th...closing on the 18th at
113, and opening the next day at 122. i maintain that this
gap will eventually be filled.
now that we are on the other side of the split, those numbers become
56.5 and 61. a pullback to "the middle 50s" will fill this gap, and
define the support for moving higher.

we'll see.
