I am personally unclear as to what exactly is before the Supreme Court of Venezuela right now with regards to this company. All that I can gather is that currently they are asking for an opinion in their favor to go back and file another action in the court so that they can follow that one with another seeking rights to this Cristina property. Not knowing whether they will succeed or not I can guarantee that they will be tied up with this thing for years! This means on a practical level for stock investors like me that this stock is dead money for a long time. They don't have any other real hot properties and are burning cash. Most of their capital was raised from you and me ( shareholders ) by selling more and more shares not selling ounces of gold. I for one have many better places to put my money in this raging bull market. Frustrated and thinking I want to bail here before we drop below $5 U.S. Any thoughts? Doug Shapiro KRY investor

One thing does not follow the other.
