I am personally unclear as to what exactly is before the Supreme Court of Venezuela right now with regards to this company. All that I can gather is that currently they are asking for an opinion in their favor to go back and file another action in the court so that they can follow that one with another seeking rights to this Cristina property. Not knowing whether they will succeed or not I can guarantee
that they will be tied up with this thing for years! This means on a practical level for stock investors like me that this stock is dead money for a long time. They don't have any other real hot properties and are burning cash. Most of their capital was raised from you and me ( shareholders ) by selling more and more shares not selling ounces of gold. I for one have many better places to put my money in this raging bull market. Frustrated and thinking I want to bail here before we drop below $5 U.S.

Any thoughts?

>>>At any time on this thread have you ever given any detailed reasoning against KRY's chances of winning in Ven.? <<<

No, I haven't

>>> In reality, you know very little about this stock. Correct? <<<

It's not an unfair statement. I know a lot more than someone who's never heard about it. And I really do read everything that's posted here. You'd be more likely to change my mind (and that of others, I'd think) with facts about the company. Mining newsletters containing "secret" Venezuelen gov't documents and press releases from the company don't really impess me.

>>>but why bother posting here if you're just taking his word for this?<<<

Well, I thought I'd share a few of my thoughts on Asensio, and the psychology of the few of the Asensio related threads to which I've posted.

>>>Is your position entirely dependant on Asensio's recommendation?<<<

Opening it was. Maintaining it is not. I expect to close it today or tomorrow as a matter of fact, and look for re-entry higher.

>>>If so, you can understand why people here are trying to illuminate his true character.<<<

Actually, folks here are interested in presenting him in the most negative light possible (not that the most positive light possibe would make him a saint by any stretch of the imagination), and concluding that because Asensio is a rat bastid, that because of that KRY is an upstanding business. One thing does not follow the other. It has often been my contention that because Asensio is such a rat, that gives him the uncanny ability to find fraudulent operations.

>>>I'm not trying to be antagonistic<<<

I truly appreciate that.
