TIME FOR FRAUD CLASS ACTION AGAINST UMSI? I think it is about time that we seriously consider if we have grounds to commence filing suit against UMSI, its Officers and Directors with violations of the Securities Act of l934. I am not an attorney, but in the past 4 months we have come across many shennenigans from the Officers with the obvious intention to mislead the investing public. It is a thought (which I mentioned here before). What do you all feel about this?
