Mr. Aloha, I know some toy companies that simply refuse to pay the 15% "royalties" that Disney charges sometime for the use of their "characters". It is quite possible that the "bidding war" got out of hand and the upfront outlays did not justify continuation, particularly that there is a good chance that the WCW craze, will within the next year or so, start and slide in popularity. Yet, the stock suffered some technical damage, and right now it needs some healing (and holding the 24 level would constitute such healing IMHO). Zeev
