After reading the S-3 (and thank you for the link), my belief is that what will actually occur in the future is somewhere between the draconian risk factor section (which looks suspiciously similar to that published by many other emerging tech companies), and the sales pitch which persuaded the investors to commit to another round of financing, which undoubtedly did not dwell on the dark side very long.
