JOE, I saw the post to Ned with the link in it, but I didn't notice that the link was to the overview. I thought is was just the main web site link and so I didn't "click" it. When I saw the overview on the web site I thought it looked familiar and thanks to you, I now know why! Thanks for re-posting the link to NASDAQ small cap listing requirements. A $4 bid is exactly the number I'm targeting :) , I just wasn't expecting it this year. I guess there would have to be more acquisitions and super growth to get us there. Slim
