Eric,

You're 100% correct. CNBC also joked very negatively about Apple and were quite pessimistic about it when it was doing badly. Mark Haines was mean. Nevertheless, they haven't held a grudge and are giving Apple coverage now that has helped the rise yesterday and will help it today. They are doing another piece on Apple in this segment today (mentioned the shiny apple!) and if we're lucky will replay it during today. That coverage does add to the momentum which I'm riding with my little options right now.

Now I wish I had more of them but you can bet when they were worth 1/4 what I paid, not long ago, I was worried!

Linda

I didn't hear CNBC talk about the low PE or show any sign of enthusiasm when AAPL investors where sweating it out in the low teens? I don't recall CNBC saying that AAPL was a "best buy" when we were struggling to break $20 a month ago...

This is typical. By the time TV analists recommend a stock, it is, in all likelihood, already overvalued....
