Bill, and any INCE employees or related parties lurking on this thread. If I was a lot younger, I probably would have been diagnosed as ADHD. I graduated with high honors, and on an objective scale, place at or above the 2nd std dev in terms of IQ (a very flawed test). I focus on the things that are formost in my face, and am an airhead in regards to other items. The reason I post this is that I have a long, objective history of ignoring pain and doggedly pursuing things such a right, truth.. despite significant cost to myself (such as ingoring federal judge injunctions in pursuit of social justice). I'm also a damm good researcher. If the recent restructuring/transfer of assets from INCE and therefore INCE shareholders was done with a material lack of integrity, seeking to enrich anyone with a probable conflict of interest, be it known that I WILL get personally involved with making a public, effective case against anyone acting untoward in this manner. I have a son with multiple handicaps, whom my wife needs to care for full time. My family is totally dependant on my income. Since that realistically has a limited duration due to substantial, work related neurological issues, my family will ultimately be dependant on my investment income. Summary, if you are honestly working to improve the condition of INCE and shareholder assets, I will support you. However, if there is an inethical transfer of shareholder assets via a transaction steeped in conflicts of interest, I'll pursue you. I have a serious loss on the table to date. If any INCE management cares to explain the material assets INCE (thus INCE shareholders) received in consideration o the transfer of assets out of INCE, PLEASE feel free to comment in detail. Bill, this is not directed at you, I don't hold anything against you nor do I suspect you of any inethical actions in regard to INCE. This is a public statement. I hope my rapidly growing concern re: the integrity of this transactions is baseless. nuff 4 now, Scott
