Dear Pure Folder: You make good points about the IBM relationship.

I have no special information (or expertise for that matter). I agree with you concerning the conference call of December 18. Mr. Sprague unequivocally stated that Wave could not sue to compel IBM to perform. I am less certain about the seemingly contradictory statements at the WallStreetForum. The give-and-take of Q-and-A seemed to yield a few ellipses.

I would be pleased to learn that the agreement signed in December has spawned more exacting contracts at this stage. I also would be pleased to hear IBM speak publicly about Wave. My recollection is that Mr. Sprague seemed very secure about the IBM relationship when he spoke to the WallStreetForum.

I look forward to hearing more.

Best wishes,

John.
