You seem to have an axe to grind over this Doug as referenced in your letter to me the other day. The arrangement with the Union broker and the shareholder(s) that you referred to is between them. I was not involved in their dealings initially and do not intend to get in the middle of this now. Neither of those parties expressed any dissatifaction to me at any time. If you have a problem with this matter, I suggest you take it up with them directly rather than trying to bring me into it and/or airing it in a public forum.
