Hi Celso, It doesn't really matter whether an option you're considering is in-the-money or not in-the-money. The higher the strike price of the call option, the more leverage it gives you. You can lose as much money on the in-the-money call as on the one which is out-of-the- money. All depends on how much money you are putting in. In my opinion, the LEAPS on Dell look very attractive -- whether there is a price war in PC industry or not, or whether the Fed cranks up the interest rates later this year. J.
