flick is right -- if this dog is shipping to cpq at the rate i'm hearing, any asset-based lender looking for business -- like saying any heterosexual teenager looking to get laid -- would loan them enough to stay on top of their needs. if the business is growing, they would use the implicit credit of cpq as an internal excuse to lend. none of my sources indicate management is talking to anyone on the street about selling equity publicly or privately and these things do leak out since someone has to contact someone else to sell this kind of product.
