I concede that there might not be big pop but a gradual climb up.

I have a gut feeling that the small steps upward is a good sign. The market has been strong as of late, but in the ups and downs, LGND has stayed relatively steady. I don't believe this move up is "buy on the rumor, sell on the news" as was the case last time. LGND is ready to turn the corner into a biopharma with no approved products to one that has "one" and hopefully more approved products.

I'm not banking on journal articles to be a long term support for this company. Maybe the "expected" journal article might cause a short term pop, but the street doesn't understand science and there short term memory I believe they will discount any good news, in the long run, coming from scientific journals.

What's going on with amgn this morning?

tonyt, Re: the chart you referenced. Any thoughts on the irregular inverse head & shoulders pattern displayed on the right hand side of the40 month chart?
