I attended the annual meeting.

My list of new things (all minor in my opinion):

Ray Stata is the "acting" general manager of the surface micromachine activity. This group is located in the former Polaroid fab in Cambridge. This may provide some focus on this business activity.

Grant Saviers was elected to the board. Sam Fuller has become a full time employee as well as a director and is VP of R&D, (finally moved from Digital). Both of these facts were known before.

Jerry Fishman's presentation on the state of the business emphasized DSP and combining DSP with SLIC's on a chip with systems focus. The Electrolux and 3-COM businesses were highlighted.

Stock option proposal was approved, but with only 65% of the vote. There was some concern I suspect about 10% dilution in the form of employee stock options.

No short term predicitions or projections.

Regards,
