My error-- that was dollars, not shares. I agree totally with your comments. All I can explain is day traders and individuals who have haven't done any DD and buy because: "wow" they're a leader in the internet commerce industry. I too am nervous, but if VRSN ever goes above a 1 billion market Cap. it'll be the most overpriced stock ever and stories will be all over the press about what a joke VRSN in. Heck, these high prices might generate more press that tells the VRSN story, causing investors to realize their mistake. Look for all kinds of negative coverage. PS: just bought another small chunk today at 36 7/8 good luck.
