<< What's wrong, are the discount convertible holders getting ready to flip all those shares that PNDA just registered? >> The way I read the 8-K they can't convert yet: "No conversion of Series A Preferred into shares of Common Stock may occur during the period prior to 120 days after issuance except at $6.10..." I assume that Panda will try to pump the stock prior to the end of the waiting period, which is why I'm not currently short. IMHO, CFON is a better short than PNDA at the moment.
