brian h, QCOM's CFO discussed this topic at the annual meeting. The disappointment should not be that they are borrowing money but not borrowing enough. A check with a senior level banker friend suggested that there should have been no problem arranging 9 digit credit facilities for a company like QCOM. Remember this business requires vendor financing. $400 million indicates that QCOM is still proceeding very cautiously and is unwilling to take unnecessary risk. Ramsey
