Good luck to you on that assessment, though I differ. I don't see what is to drive the stock to 40. I think nervousness about the quarter would keep some money (including some of mine) on the sidelines.

I'm happy with 35 by the end of next week, but (absent news, like a significant contract announcement or verification that the quarter is "in the bag"), I don't see much upside until the earnings issue is behind us.

Anybody like to comment on this theory?:
There are 189 Million shares outstanding. Subtracting 11 (Capital Group) and 6 (Oak) we have 171 Million in circulation. We have been trading around $35 for a while with an average volume of about 6 million. After roughly 30 trading days all shares have been bought by someone around 35 ( of course some shares have been traded twice but still..). None of these people would be willing to sell for less than AT LEAST 36. Therefor this analysis would indicate no pullback anywhere close to 30. ---- Guys, I would like your comments!
