brian... yes i do follow techs and I have owned intc before... so what is your question... or are u just trying to tell me that u disagree... which is cool... and we shall see... intc by the way did not say that they were looking to increase capex....

I think INTC will be aggressive also. However, to be aggressive in the current environment they need to keep pricing pressure on current offerings, bring their second generation cheap PII to market and develop a low-end computer on a chip. I don't think any of these call for significant semi-equipment outlay.
