Bob,

Even though I am discouraged about lack of reports the reason I keep holding on is the clear change in giving out any updates to investors. They used to send out updates via fax on projects they were bidding on or won. Now nothing. That is consistent with the comments that they are producing the reports first and then giving us the "news".
