According to RBCDS site they have 2 offers on the table and more than a dozen possible acquisitions in sight. Bill Nelson told Dow Jones "We never know when an acquisition is going to close. Geac continues to be a patient and shrewd acquirer, which means the next acquisition could take a while, given the excited state of the market" Of the acquistions targets, some are larger than the company's Dun and Bradstreet acquisition of 1996.
