Celeryroot, if your rooting (:-) around in the SEC filing, a more significant question IMO is the date when the LGND stock is valued, particularly if LGND opts to forego taking a drug. Assuming LGND stock price increases over time, we would incur less dilution if that date is when the decision is finally made (ie. in the future).
