Wither will the price go?

Right now I'm breakin' even.. MM's have an interest in nurturing this ones relative strength on the year. They won't be doing themselves any favors by letting the price drop and move sideways on zippo volume. Stock prices defy the law of physics wherein things move with the path of least resistance. MM's will look for the path to creating more friction. If that means moving the stock's price down for a bit (only to steal from grasshopper and bring it back up) one can reasonably expect it. If it means keeping the fire burning with another new high (only to "correct" it) we can expect such.
We do have this. Infoseek had 12.5 million in sales last quarter. It now sports about 26 million shares; less than 10 in float. (XCIT and LCOS have less shares and each about 4.5 in float) Infoseek continues to beat analysts estimates and close in on profitability. Microsoft recently chose to integrate Infoseek into its IE 4.0 in the U.K. I guess that Gates thought the name "Infoseek" perhaps a bit more decipherable than "Yahoo" for the Brits.

Ciao for now,
Marty
