Hi Robert Nice to see someone else here with my spelling ability. Here's some idle speculation on my part. Lets say Barington could use some cash to pay for their recent aquisition of Blair. Now they own 25% of ANTX in shares that are not registered. Blair was an ANTX market maker, so Barington probably has some trading shares also. Someone picked up many tens of thousands of shares on Tuesday. The market drifted down the end of the day. 300,000 shs + traded. Barington could pick up 1.2M shares before having to file a SEC 5% +ownership thingy. They could turn around and offer their units (= 25% of ANTX) to Merck, who would love to have the vetinarian applications Antex's tech is capable of. Or to Glaxo ( to screw up SKB) or to SKB ( to prevent Glaxo from srewing them up) BTW Terry don't poison my coffee at the annual meeting! Barington could get at least $10 million for the units. An announcement that any major drug company was takin a 25% stake in ANTX would cause the stock to hit $10 in no time. If the investing Drug Biggie also invested additional money for more research, the stock would go up further. Barington would have a quik $20M and the World including the cats, would get our vaccines sooner. I'd be sitten pretty myself thank you
