Tom, Innuit, I watched the interview and taped it. You are right he did "smile" a lot!
He was asked by Mario Gabelli," Your software can allow all of these diverse devices to run the same windows applications?"
Answer was basically yes, that is the installation benefit of our services, anything that you have anywhere, new or existing devices can all connect and run the same applications. Marc went on to ask if all the different hardware they have in the studio could all be linked and the answer was yes. He was asked WHO to worry about competition wise. Answered that, after 7 years they have forged a lot of relationships and partnerships that is their strength (HP SUNW MSFT mentioned). Marc, refers to gross margins of 89 or 90 % and 37% net margins. The old 10K was brought up with the tiresome question of MSFT "eating" CTXS by developing it's own product. The Chairman pointed out that the 10K was a year old and subsequently agreements and cross licensing pacts were made. That is a brief summary of the salient points don't have time to post more now but can transcibe if needed from the tape later.

LOOK OUT SHORTS!!!

regards,

Ray
