Astute broker? I used that term because you have communicated that it was YOUR broker that claimed to have uncovered this supposed insider buying. The term was in quotations because, if in-fact this broker misread the EDGAR search results, & communicated to you that there has been insider buying of IMP stock, he is indeed a moron. I called him "astute" in a facetious manner. It is no reflection on you or your post.

My post DOES beg the question of "where did he hear this?" And since his assertion was communicated to you, it would have been reasonable to inquire where did he "hear" this info? If he couldn't identify his source or respond to your inquiry in some manner, than it would have been reasonable to call into question his claim. It would have been reasonable to do some research to find any evidence to support his claim. I'm sorry, but I have found NADA to support the info claimed by your broker, or whoever "he" is.

I know you are a supporter of IMP. And I think other appreciate your posts. But I think rumor-mongering will not add, but detract from the discussion unless there is some evidence to support it.

So to answer your question -- any insider buying? -- to the best of my knowledge -- NO. Tell us what your broker says. We'd like to hear.
So,
