Dear James,

Can't really tell yet what's driving IRSN up.

IRSN is a "Born Again" company that is transforming itself from a R&D
company that lived off mostly government research projects (and never made much money) to a commercial products company.

Since we are now venturing into unchartered territory it's kind of hard to do TA based on the past IRSN data. Also, we still don't know much about all the new subsidiaries.

The market is usually a forward looking vehicle and I would guess that
something good will come out in the next couple of months.

IMHO the recent action is not based on past known info but on future expectations. Let's hope IRSN can finally deliver on some of it's great potential or the ride down could be just as fast.

Regards,

Ed
