Dwight, when Jimmy Rogers, George Soros' original partner in making all that money, went on his motorcycle exploration all over the world and wrote a book about it, he describes leaving Russia and entering China. While the Russians were indeed demoralized by their political system, and their lives seemed barren and there was not as much energy among the everyday people, the Chinese were extremely industrious. What he noticed immediately is that they planted crops right up to the roadside wherever the land was fertile. Since the Chinese are not known to have huge numbers of Christians, I would have to agree with Terrence that there are other factors playing out. Christine
