Good thought and analysis. But I just took a look at BHE, which ACT has pointed out as a peer doing the same kind of thing. Their inventory turns are not much better, so this may not be the basis for an explanation.

Joe - read an earlier post of mine describing how fraud not theft could give you a shortfall.
