The formula is VL 1 and 2 stocks with a 20+% eps growth and 20+% return on equity for the last 5 years and a p/e ratio that is 70% of the growth rate. Tom spoke about this guy on Friday and they only have a buy list of a dozen or less stocks now. I believe this guy uses VL stocks ranked 1 or 2 for Relative Safety not sure but I am going to find out this week.
