I will try to answer my own question. I spoke with the underwriters, they are targeting late April for ULBI. I would guess that the road show will start mid April. With mass production imminent(by June according to the company), a comprehensive hiring program, and a well thought out business plan for its rechargeable batteries, this stock could make a major, major move up in the next month.

I believe you're right about the cell phone customer. As for the road show, I'm not exactly sure but I expect it to begin by the end of the month or early next month, as soon as the SEC approves their S-1.
