I've had those guys cold call me several times and they are the easiest to get rid of. I tell them I don't want to deal with a firm at which screwing the customer is company policy. When they say "what do you mean, that's not true", I then ask the reason for all the "damage control" ads featuring Simmons. That's usually the end of the conversation...Pete
