You must be short on this stock? But your are right they were not the first. They were one of the first(or one of the three to come forward first)however you want to look at it. (But since you want to get techncal) Intel dosen't make computers, just the chips that make the computers better or worst. But you could still say its a tech stock? Right well your right but one makes the bullets an the other makes the guns see the difference. But unlike most of compaqs competition they use chips from 2 other companys other than Intel and, I wouldn't be surprised if compaq slams the market with smaller sub $1000 laptops using IDTI's smaller cheaper chips. (Just speculation) )-@
