When the details on the rspit are out, I bet we have to eat the odd lots that will be created by the 25, instead of 20 or 30 that would generate fewer odd lots. I expect we know now who was buying at a nickle. Hal BuyLowSailHi

How can you believe any statement or intentions by these Boyz with such checkered careers.Whatever happens,I am sure that the real beneficiaries in any deal that will go forward will always be them first and foremost. Their theme song is, and it has been sung for a long time, how can we squeeze money out of investors under whatever flag we fly. I have now sold all my holdings in UMSI. I believe,there is no future for the stockholder as long as the The Tricky Three are in command. They are smooth operators as we have seen again today.With remarkable staying power. SKIP THIS MESSAGE. THE UNEDITED VERSION AND THIS EDITED ONE BOTH KEEP APPEARING..... You are right! Who would ever buy a storm door from the Reverse Split Wizards? I do not believe that as long as this Tricky Threesome with such a doubtful business career,is at the helm, there will be a chance of stockholders interest being taken into consideration. And they are, as can again be seen by this new proposition a clever bunch, with remarkable staying power. I have sold all my UMSI shares.
