Just talked with ESVS....they reiterated that they have a bought a major stake in ZULU, as mentioned in their press release, and we should be watching for their 8K; should be filed by end of this week and viewable on EDGAR by weekend or Monday. I'm trying to be an investigative reporter, without getting the company in trouble. Look for the official PR and SEC filings, but it feels like pieces are coming together, and we should all be feeling very good about the combined business prospects of these companies....
