Institutional ownership: I researched APCO last Nov. for a story I wrote on the company. At that time, FMR (Fidelity) owned 558,900, Dimensional Fund 481,102, and Virtus Capital owned 410,576. About ten other funds owned lesser amounts. Institutions owned about 12%, insiders owned 20%. The strong uptrend since Nov. suggests that there has been further institutional accumulation since then. This looks much more like positions being accumulated rather than short-term trading.
