Doug, I am intrigued by TRIBY. Balancing between 2 and 1 31/32 for few days. Good earnings report, positive conference call today, technicals are turning to positive, looks like the only way up. Got in just in case not to miss the jump. Think it has a potential to go to 2.25 - 2.5 that is not bad for the price $2. Any warnings from your side?

I see that your seminars are getting better and better. When we will get a chance on East Cost to participate a second time?

Michael

Doug. Old OH was doing some reminiscing about you and the 56ers recently. It reminded him that it was just about a year ago now that he had the good fortune of running into you and what became the rest of the gang. He remembers writing around then how the market was overvalued; and about how it was seemingly leaving itself open to shock, particularly since it had been reluctant to rotate toward small caps. Then about May such rotation began with a vengeance and it seemed almost too easy to make 50% or more on little companies practically overnight. Remember AIPN, IFCI, MVSI, RECY, HURC, EXSO, CADE, SEEQ, CCUR, ROMT, RONC, ABCC. OZON, etc.? Of course, we also did get a shock in October.

There seem to be striking parallels between this Market and that one. Valuations are too high (pushed up by the flight to quality); there is a lot of investor confidence and money around; there has been relatively little rotation; and potential shock waves (high employment, Asia, etc.) lurk just below the surface.

I've been doing OK in large caps recently, but am lusting for the thrill of watching little flyers take off (or maybe crash and burn). Am compiling a list of hopefuls in case decent evidence of rotation emerges. Should you run across such candidates with some nice T/A, it would be appreciated if you could remember OH.

Looking for rainbows,
OH
