MTEL Close to a breakout. Moving up in a down market on heavy volume. Needs to break $24.5. Stock has been very strong this year. Looking for another analyst upgrade. They tend to happen at the close on very heavy volume days. This stock has been a big winner so far. DC

I wasn't in hiding. I was out of town and unable to access SI. I don't know what you are holding but I am pretty miffed about being left out of this rally. I had OEX calls until INTC announced and I sold them at break even. I have MRK and HI as non-tech holdings but MRK and HI have done nothing during these good moves in the DOW. Needless to say, tech hasn't been participating much either. But, at least INTC & CPQ aren't down any more. I guess I should have stuck with my OEX calls. I predicted a strong move up and I think this is only the beginning. Target DOW= 9600 in 2-3 months. That will be the show for the year.
