I also got courteous and timely service. My main gripe is the form that asks you for your address, tel. #, exact computer configuration, etc. every time you ask a question rather than storing the information from user registration or previous contact. It's frustrating enough to encounter an "undocumented problem", but it's even worse to feel that I am wasting even more time answering repetitive questions.
