You better call your broker and say something. They should not sell you a .017 stock for .02!

Maybe your confirmation was rounded up. Let us know what they say to justify this blatant error.

Hello! JR Ramsay IV,

You posted that you had a confirmation at .02 ?

I personally would be very skeptical, of anyone that would try to take advantage of an investor in that way!

Let's hope it was an over sight, and maybe they will get back to you advising of the over sight?

I'm not approving nor disapproving of the broker that you use, but to the best that I have been able to find out is that CVIA has not even traded higher than .017 cents thus far today!

So! I would suggest that you talk to the person that confirmed your transaction, and if they do not follow up effectively ( or at least to your satisfaction) then I would contact a more senior person in that company!

In my opinion, I wouldn't leave it to long, because once today has come and gone, it may be more difficult to review trading prices, or at least gain access to the information.

Good Luck, in your efforts!

And I also agree with advice from other posters that using limit orders, may be another consideration , for when developing your trading and investment strategy?

The bottom line is there will never be a lack of people willing to give or share advice with you, but it is important that you do what you feel is right for you! You have worked very hard for your money, try to make sure that it is you and only you that decides how to invest or spend it!

All this was of course just my own opinion!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

JR Ramsay IV: Some Brokers refuse to deal in the exact "decimal"

Or might it be the way you placed the order, or a combination of
the two? Brokers were discussed a while back. You might need to
find a better one because a bad (lazy) one "will do it to you
once more on the way out". Ordering by phone can help greatly as well.

I'm wondering if accurate record of the number of shares traded and
approximate price might be kept for helping to figure the ongoing
Reg s condition. KA Anderson above:
Message 3668526
mentions ideas and ponderings that could prove valuable
especially if put into the hands of experts (who make mistakes
also!) They are quite busy but if the info was provided for them
there might be guidance, or calculated suggestion as a result
especially when or if we see them getting into the stock.

I hope a queer concern of mine gets some attention from the
gold price monitor, but I don't expect much:

Has anyone heard news of a proposed merger between the
American and NASDAQ stock exchanges? If this were true,
how CVIA/WOTD might fit in as a BB? (Future stuff)

Looks like some earnest money is going in to CVIA today
even from the Thread. Though relatively small (not wanting
to cause confusion) the family holdings on this end increased
66% as well. Now, I'm not saying "It doesn't make me nervous."
News this close can make things tempting.
Be careful out there!

Thanks
Hi, Wayne!
