You're right, it hasn't been filed, so I don't know the details. However, most of these agreements have "change in control" clauses that protect debtors. So they usually have the option of asking for 10x% of principal plus accrued interest. And if the buyout is above their conversion, they can just convert, as conversion restrictions usually get lifted.

Remember that the buyer will also have the CASH that was raised in the debts.
