Rick, All I can say to you Rick is whatever your average is now we are not down much from when most of us here started to pick up paper. I had hoped that things would move faster but that is not my responsiblity but AVAL's and Bernards. As far as promotion any penny stock needs good promtotion to expand its audience and to hopefully bring in buyers. Lance has the ability to do this as I have watched some of his other companies in the past and they have performed well but only after the company being promoted provides the fundamentals and news to create buying. As far as griping and complaining to me you should send your gripes to bh@stayhealthy.com or call Bernard at 800-772-4068 as he is in Iowa right now. I don't run this company as all I have done is introduce it to you and its up to you to do your own dd. Soon I will be mentioning a new issue to look at but can't say anything yet. I hope you didn't put all your eggs in one basket and that is why I am starting to look at another stock while AVAL is waiting to move forward. Right now AVAL should be considered in an accumulation phase or average down phase. It may be toilet paper to you but at least it hasn't been wiped on yet. Chad Beemer
