Don't have a clue, but my gut tells me we've gone too far too fast.
Things almost never occur as fast as we expect.

Just a long time holder.

flat earnings...probably within a penny profit or loss either way.

This has been the pattern of last couple reports.

I see basically no effect on the price unless they were better than expected by alot. They have warned us that the spending on advertising for the new products announced will delay profitability for a quarter or so, but to expect a good year end for the 3rd and 4th quarters of '98.(see previous posts on conference call)

the extra spending seems to have been well spent from the endorsements and stock price now too. IF Jack and kgg is right on their latest posts for the big $$$ to come in around June, then we may get profitable a quarter early.
Most of this spending Sand should have had the cash on hand to pay for. I think they had $7 million last time I heard.

Quite a feat to develope these products and remain basically debt free and have cash on hand of almost $1 / share.

even if Sand lost a nickel or more, IMO it shouldn't effect us all that much. It is the potential of future earnings that has always made this co. attractive to me.

As Sand gets higher, we could see some of these pulll backs like yesterday, but if $11 holds the charts will look stronger technically.

With all the frustration in '97, give Arthur Ritchie credit for keeping Sands finances in order. He never let them get short of cash and has kept the business moving forward too. Many CEO's might have pushed faster and then ran out of cash and had to sell out cheap to the big guys at a cheap price. For this part I can not praise him enough. Hopefully now we are ready to move forward and fullfill his dream. (and ours !)
