Trey,

I don't think the street believes BA is gone. If that was the case, I believe this stock would be dumped and we would see single digits. At the present time, I think WSTL is not going to do anything price-wise for awhile. I am seriously considering selling what shares I have left at a loss, to be placed in something with a more stable basis.

Hal

Finally cut bait and ran Trey. I'm sick of being in a stalled stock. Bought ASND. I really believe they are undervalued, and earnings next month will prove it. As for WSTL, I'm sure the losses are mounting. You can't continue to plow $$$ into R&D with no sales in a limited product niche. I'll probably be back in closer to summer.

Trey,

<< .. i have heard numbers on takeout value from a few people who have looked at the company. the range is between 35 and 40. >>

$40 times 36 million shares = $1.44 billion. It is 5 times more then CSCO is ready to pay for NetSpeed. If I am not mistaken it is 20 times current sales. ATT is paying 11 billions for Teleport which is only outrages 11 times sales?? Am I missing something???

Come work for Marc, Trey cuz I think he needs your salesmanship!

WSTL IS worth more than 236m for ADSL, because of their history in the business ... and ... their DMT solutions on the horizon which can be MOT (the one that works now) or TXN ( the one that may work later at high power, cost, etc.) all which should integrate at the CO as the customer sees fit.

And the T1 biz might fetch TLTN market value plus some 20 to 30 percent for the RIGHT company. That is one which would have a need to be in NIUs, various plug-ins for RBOCs,etc. I peg this at 120m. How 'bout you?

Add adsl @ what 236 + 100m? That would leave us with about $12.50 per share? Remember I am a moron analyst, but somebody
just might want to do the deal right there for other reasons. Reasons the street could not understand, at least not until they are informed how accretive it could end up.
