Yes. Another straw in the wind is that Readware on AOL Loral board has just added info that Iridium 2nd generation use of CDMA will be for data - while retaining TDMA for voice. Note Iridium management keeps head in sand on voice since still feasible, but not data. At a minimum, seems reasonable to assume that CDMA's advantage for data is clear. More so than voice? Time will tell. All of this is noteworthy IMO. Evolutionary move to using CDMA for data building from CDMA One seems to be underway now, more visible by midyear, and accelerating next year. Is this the real world W CDMA ? Seems very possible to this observer. All IMO, etc. Chaz
